When you apply or book an overview call, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city and state, licensing status, your answers to application questions, and, if you attach one, your resume.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate your candidacy, contact you about your application, schedule and conduct overview calls, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you check the consent box on a form, we may contact you by text about your application and scheduling. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Storage, sharing, and retention

Applications are stored securely and are accessible to the Serur Organization hiring team. Information may be shared with Globe Life American Income Division as part of contracting and licensing, and with the service providers that operate this site and our scheduling and applicant tracking. We retain applications for as long as needed for hiring and as required by law.

Identifiers (name, email address, phone number, city and state), professional and employment information (your resume and application responses), and basic internet activity (site analytics). We collect these to evaluate your candidacy, schedule and conduct overview calls, send communications you request (including text messages you consent to), and comply with the law.
• Sale and sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
• Your rights. You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that it be deleted, to request that it be corrected, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
• How to exercise them. Email [email protected] or call 781-202-6514. We verify requests by matching the details you provide against the application information we hold, and we respond within 45 days.
• This notice is reviewed and re-dated at least every two years, per Globe Life guidelines.
